Job location: Remote
Timings: 11:00am-8pm EST Shift with alternating Saturday shifts
Salary: $19.5-$25 CAD/Hr.
This role will act as a liaison, providing product/service information, answering questions on calls and emails, and resolving issues. This position interacts with customers to answer product, service, and billing questions and assist with customer requests.
