Job Description:

The Customer Experience Crew plays a vital role in enhancing the daily operations of SM Cinema and mall services by ensuring a safe, engaging, and first-class customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist mall or cinema guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about mall services, cinema schedules, and promotions.
• Assist customers with purchases, ticketing, and product selection.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas (e.g., cinema lobby, restrooms, customer service counters).
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed while guiding customers to their destinations.
