Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Centre Manager, the Sales Consultant plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. Opportunities are available at our Inchcape Automotive Retail sites in Waitara and Artarmon. You will represent Subaru, along with other brands, and act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in‑store and online from their first enquiry through to post‑delivery follow‑up.

Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and an ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence. You will also be comfortable using digital tools such as Salesforce and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.
