This contract position with potential for a permanent opportunity plays an important role in answering benefit and eligibility questions, resolving service concerns, and helping ensure claims-related information is handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
