**About This Job**

As Customer Experience Specialist within our Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (aT1D) team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing a first-in-class therapy to patients across the NHS. This treatment represents potential for significant change in Type 1 Diabetes management.

In this critical role, you'll utilise Key Account Manager capabilities to engage external stakeholders to drive system readiness and account activation across the NHS while coordinating & orchestrating cross-functional internal expertise to enable the successful introduction of this therapy. As part of this first-in-class launch, you'll help establish new treatment pathways that could redefine how we approach autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes.
