Job Description

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries related to credit card services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • No sales or outbound calls required.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by the Supervisor.

Employment Type

  • 6-Month Contract (Convertible to Permanent based on performance)

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday (Rotational schedule)
  • 2 days off per week
  • Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Shift Options:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
