Responsibilities:
• Support Wealth Management growth in B2B and B2C channels by engaging with advisors and clients.
• Manage client interactions across various market segments, including retail and corporate.
• Conduct manual system checks for ad-hoc projects as part of the monitoring and follow-up process.
• Address service enquiries on the B2B FAME platform and collect feedback for platform improvement.
• Apply knowledge of client onboarding requirements and regulations.
• Assist with account onboarding and trade submissions within set timeframes.
• Maintain familiarity with equities and wealth management products.
• Generate standard and customised analytical reports for channels and B2B partners to inform decision-making.
• Learn to execute and perform basic troubleshooting for Robotics Process Automation (RPA) processes.
