We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote team. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive timely, professional, and empathetic support from initial enquiry through post-installation and beyond.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, resolving issues, monitoring solar system performance, and ensuring a seamless post-sale customer journey.
