About the Role

We are looking for experienced Customer Experience Specialists to support U.S.-based dental clinics using advanced dental scanning hardware and software.


In this role, you will provide chat, phone, and email support, troubleshoot technical and workflow-related issues, and help clinicians resolve concerns in real time—often during active patient appointments. This position is ideal for candidates with strong technical troubleshooting skills, healthcare or dental support experience, and excellent communication abilities.
