Role Description
The Customer Experience and Operations Support role provides end-to-end operational and customer experience support for Live, the App, and related social media. This role is critical to ensuring that Live Sessions run smoothly before, during, and after each session, covering scheduling, materials readiness, real-time backend support, Excel-based order tracking, reporting, and coordination between Hosts, Territory Managers, and Farmers.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy support role. It requires reliability, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is not a hosting or lead creative role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations support, customer service, digital support, or campaign coordination preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with tracking sheets and data logs.
