Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Trainor who will coach and develop front-of-house teams for Cooper's Coffee Haus. The role ensures that baristas, servers, cashiers, and operations staff consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor FOH staff on service standards
  • Conduct customer service workshops and evaluations
  • Support new store openings with onboarding training
  • Work with HR and Operations to improve service protocols
  • Monitor and strengthen customer experience performance
  • Create a sustainable on-boarding customer experience program

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in customer service (F&B or hotel preferred)
  • Experience in coaching or training teams
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong customer service knowledge
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
