Job Description
We are looking for a
Customer Experience Trainor
who will coach and develop front-of-house teams for Cooper's Coffee Haus. The role ensures that baristas, servers, cashiers, and operations staff consistently deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor FOH staff on service standards
- Conduct customer service workshops and evaluations
- Support new store openings with onboarding training
- Work with HR and Operations to improve service protocols
- Monitor and strengthen customer experience performance
- Create a sustainable on-boarding customer experience program
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in customer service (F&B or hotel preferred)
- Experience in coaching or training teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong customer service knowledge
- Highly organized and able to multitask
