Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Trainor who will coach and develop front-of-house teams for Cooper's Coffee Haus. The role ensures that baristas, servers, cashiers, and operations staff consistently deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Train and mentor FOH staff on service standards
Conduct customer service workshops and evaluations
Support new store openings with onboarding training
Work with HR and Operations to improve service protocols
Monitor and strengthen customer experience performance
Create a sustainable on-boarding customer experience program
Qualifications:
4+ years in customer service (F&B or hotel preferred)
Experience in coaching or training teams
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong customer service knowledge
Highly organized and able to multitask
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
