Customer-Focused Brand Ambassador Role

Become a Brand Ambassador for American Eagle at Conestoga Mall, Waterloo! Deliver outstanding experiences while helping customers find the right AE and Aerie products.
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, your role is pivotal in enhancing guest satisfaction through positivity and engagement. You will educate guests about products, suggest items based on their preferences, and manage interactions using the AEO Selling Model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests with a friendly and attentive demeanor
• Provide thorough product education and suggestions
• Introduce customers to the AEO loyalty program
• Support team efforts across various store departments
• Address guest concerns in line with company guidelines
Requirements:
• Outgoing personality with a love for customer interactions
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for AE and Aerie brand products
• Must be at least 16 years old
