Customer Growth Associate

We are looking for a driven, persuasive, and action-oriented Customer Acquisition Consultant to bring new participants into AMI's transformative skills development programs across Africa. This role is all about connecting with people, communicating value, and converting interest into enrollment at scale. Critically, this role requires someone who understands the realities, motivations, and pain points of SMEs and MSMEs, and can translate those needs into the right AMI Entrepreneurship Programme.
