Job Description
The Digital Customer Insights and Analytics Lead will spearhead KFC Africa's digital transformation, turning data into actionable insights that accelerate growth and enhance customer experience across all digital channels and markets. Working closely with channel squads, CRM, and market stakeholders, this role will define key performance indicators, establish data quality standards, and ensure a single source of truth. The successful candidate will build self-serve dashboards, automate readouts, and establish an experimentation engine to drive measurable uplift. They will also partner with CRM to deploy actionable segments and offer policies that improve retention, frequency, and LTV.
