About the Role

As the B2C Audience Insights Manager , you will own the end-to-end management of assigned customer and provider journeys. You will monitor performance, align strategy with executive stakeholders, and ensure initiatives are prioritized, forecasted, and governed effectively.

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role requiring strong analytical thinking, resource planning, and executive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end B2C and B2P journey performance management
  • Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead initiative prioritization, forecasting, and governance alignment
