Your Day-to-Day:

Respond to inquiries in German and English.

Assist with product use, billing, and troubleshooting.

Record detailed case notes.

Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives.
Your Profile:

German C2, English C1.

Excellent communication and time management.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
