Job Description

Job scope

  • Support consists of ITSM ticket, request, walk ins, onsite, self-help kiosk, VIP phone, on/off boarding of system, hardware and software support.
  • Adress and resolve basic incident, log all incidents and request engage subject matter experts to resolve the incidents that are beyond the scopes of their ability or responsibilities.
  • Ensure proper escalation of all requests to respective department promptly after gathering necessary information.
  • Network troubleshooting, both wired and wireless using fluke testing device.
  • Verification of whitelisted USB Device and to perform that.
  • Troubleshooting of hardware problems for computers and PC peripherals and reporting to vendor for return merchandise authorizations.
  • Software installation, elevated administrator access requirements and software security compliance checking for onboarded /corporate systems.
