Your Purpose

Join MSC Cruises for an exciting internship focused on analytics, performance tracking, and insight generation across two strategic areas: Customer Journey and Our best Programme. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analysis, insights generation, and dashboard creation, with a strong interest in improving employee and guest experience through measurable impact.

You will support the development of structured analysis, and follow‑up mechanisms, working closely with Customer Journey and HR department. The role provides hands‑on exposure to both guest‑focused and employee‑focused analytics.

• Support recurring Customer Journey analyses, including canvas‑based reviews, mid‑season ship‑by‑ship analyses, and committee deliverables.
