Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Cornerstone is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Revenue Marketing team. We are seeking a data-driven, creative marketer to focus on designing and optimizing customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and growth across all stages of the lifecycle of our installed base.



If you’re interested in just sending out generic emails and surveys—this role isn’t for you. We need someone who can test, execute, and discover new ways to deliver value at every customer touchpoint, to improve retention and increase cross-sell opportunities and pipeline.



**In this role you will…**



+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Customer Success, Field Marketing, Content, Brand, and Digital) to design, execute, and optimize integrated, multi-channel lifecycle programs that drive customer engagement, product usage, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
