Key Responsibilities
Transport Monitoring – Use TMS, SAP, and transport reports to track shipments proactively and take action to ensure proper load coverage and on‑time delivery.
Delivery Coordination – Collaborate with third‑party partners and customers to provide accurate delivery updates and support reliable OTD performance.
Shipment Scheduling – Share timely loading dates and shipment information with customers to maintain transparency and service quality.
