Customer Marketing Specialist, Customer Retention (Contract)

We are looking for a CRM & Customer Marketing Specialist to provide maternity cover for 4–5 months. This role focuses on maintaining and executing existing CRM and loyalty campaigns under the My Sony Rewards program to ensure business continuity.

You will support ongoing email marketing, campaign performance tracking, and day-to-day CRM operations, working closely with internal teams to deliver timely and relevant customer communications.

This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who can hit the ground running and manage campaigns independently.

What you will be doing

1. Campaign Execution

• Execute ongoing email and CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage segmentation, targeting and campaign scheduling
• Maintain the CRM campaign calendar
