The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, innovative team that supports Campaign Execution and Offer Management within Scotiabank’s Canadian Bank Analytics group. This role owns the end‑to‑end offer configuration lifecycle across both mass and targeted marketing campaigns, translating business intent into clear offer constructs, offer fulfillment rules, testing plans, and in‑market deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead offer configuration and design for mass and targeted marketing campaigns on a vendor‑managed offer management platform (Zafin). This includes offer constructions, set up fulfilment payout criteria, monitoring on offer performance, management of customer inquiries and investigations around offer payouts.
