Customer Onboarding Specialist
with strong technical capabilities and client-facing experience to join a growing SaaS company in the healthcare space.

This role requires a professional who can manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously, configure technical environments, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure successful client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding processes
• Configure and troubleshoot client setups within a SaaS platform
• Support technical integrations, including API testing and data validation
• Work with SQL databases to analyze and validate data
• Identify and resolve configuration and integration issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of client configurations and workflows
