Role Summary

Front is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our world‑class Success Services Team within the Solutions and Success Services organization. The role involves working with customers to ensure successful implementation of Front’s product, managing customer projects, and guiding clients through change management during specific engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee implementation engagements as the Front product SME, handling net‑new onboardings, expansion teams, and workflow optimization.
  • Develop project plans with timelines to ensure the successful execution of customer implementation engagements, leading teams and providing guidance to achieve milestones.
