Customer & Operations Consultant (Part-Time)

Calling all late night owls as we have an opportunity at the Blenheim Airport working the late shift (up until 8.30 pm) in this part-time role working 20-hours per week!

As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and promoting the company's products and services. On occasion we may also need help out back cleaning and preparing our vehicles for the next customer.

About The Role

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services, process rental agreements, payments, and provide information on rental rates and policies. You will also resolve any customer issues and complaints.
