* Track and consolidate project progress across Circles and operational teams* Prepare and share regular status reports, dashboards, and updates with Ufone* and internal stakeholders* Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely delivery* Stakeholder Coordination* Act as the single point of contact for coordination between Circles HQ, e& and Ufone* Facilitate regular meetings, reviews, and follow-ups with client and internal teams* Ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and deliverables issue Resolution & Troubleshooting* Proactively identify operational, technical, or process-related issues* Coordinate with relevant teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issue efficiently* Track incidents and corrective actions to closure* Operational Oversight* Provide oversight of day-to-day operational matters related to customer delivery* in Pakistan* Support governance processes, compliance requirements, and internal controls* Identify opportunities for ...
