Customer Operations Specialist - MY/SG

**Job Purpose and Impact**



The Customer Operations Specialist will be responsible to collaborate and work closely on a daily basis with a diverse set of partners ranging from supply chain, plant operations, etc with a common purpose of ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time, in full - everyday.



The Customer Operations Specialist will embrace a Customer 1st mindset to find the right balance between optimizing cost for Cargill through our assets (plant, warehouse, ocean freight and land transport) as well as driving customer experience by ensuring orders are fulfilled as per our contractual agreements, POs, demand forecast & customer inventory.
