Customer Order Expeditor

a leading PPE distribution and VMI solutions provider servicing mining and industrial clients across South Africa. We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Customer Order Expeditor to ensure customer orders are processed, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end expediting of customer orders, including:

• Coordinating and expediting customer orders from receipt to final delivery
• Liaising with customers, warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfilment
• Monitoring order status, stock availability, backorders, and delivery timelines
• Following up on delayed, urgent, or priority orders and escalating where necessary
• Ensuring accurate order capture, documentation, and system updates
• Tracking deliveries and confirming proof of delivery (PODs)
