Customer Order Management Representative

**DESCRIPTION**



We are looking for a talented **Customer Order Management Representative** to join our team specializing in **Supply Chain Planning** for **Cummins** in **Milano, Lombardia, Italy.**



**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**



+ Serve as the primary point of contact for the Italy-based PowerGen Projects team, managing purchase requests, purchase orders, customer orders, and coordinating transportation and logistics for gensets and parts.

+ Plan and organize the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring correct export/customs documentation, compliance with regulations, and on-time delivery to customer sites.

+ Manage all Customer Order Management (COM) tasks for assigned PowerGen project accounts across Europe, supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.
