Job Description
Lead the customer planning team to ensure accurate demand forecasting and order management.
- Serve as the main interface between customers and internal departments (production, logistics, quality, sales).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Translate customer forecasts into internal production and material planning.
- Coordinate production and shipping schedules to meet delivery targets.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, delays, or demand changes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in customer service and planning.
- Participate in S&OP and production planning meetings.
- Train, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure strong performance and collaboration.
