The Role
The Customer Product Engineer is the voice of the customer and the heartbeat of Alchemy's developer community. You'll be the first technical touchpoint for developers building in Web3, embedded in key community channels like Discord, Telegram, and other developer forums. This role is a blend of technical support, product influence, and community engagement. You'll help developers debug code, navigate our APIs, and troubleshoot RPC issues — all while capturing insights that shape the future of our platform. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering to make sure the developer voice is represented in everything we do. This is the perfect role for someone technical who wants to go deep on blockchain infra, build strong relationships with builders, and influence the product roadmap from the ground up.
