**Detailed Description**

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

**Customer Relationship & Communication**

+ Act as the primary focal point of communication for all assigned projects.
+ Manage customer relationships through weekly, monthly, or quarterly reviews to discuss deliveries, commitments, and account progress.
+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
+ Present information effectively to both internal and external executive management.

**Project & Operations Coordination**

+ Coordinate engineering, purchasing, planning, and production activities to meet customer requests.
+ Monitor all project phases via detailed reports and maintain transparent communication with the client.
