Our client is seeking a Customer Project Manager to join their team. As a Customer Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting the implementation of Cisco Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote with some onsite in Pittsburgh, PA

Pay Range: 60-65 W2

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center migration projects for the Customer.
  • Ensure the smooth transition from competing UC and Contact Center solutions to Cisco technologies.
