Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:
- Manage customer quality complaints promptly & lead problem-solving activities.
- Communicate and response effectively with customers regarding quality issues, investigations, reports and follow ups.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Production) in performing failure analysis and root cause investigations.
- Implement corrective actions, preventive actions, and Poka Yoke solutions for internal rejects and customer feedback.
- Coordinate continuous improvement programs (quality) across all areas of the plant to meet customer requirements and expectations
- Apply quality tools and methodologies 8D, FMEA, SPC, and other standard procedures.
- Work closely with engineering, productions, suppliers, and process owners to drive quality improvements.
- Monitor and report on quality performance, trends, and improvement.
