Job Description

As a Customer Quality Engineer you will, responsible and accountable for customer quality issues.You will be the link between Technical Lab, Sales & Manufacturing Operations; be a leader in Root Cause Analysis, ensuring response.Single contact for all type of customer claims from warranty and post warranty product claims between sales and operations.You will report to Quality Assurance Manager**Key Responsibilities**- Lead satisfactory resolution of Customer line issues ensuring all such items are correctly.
- Expert in problem solving and assists work teams in different areas being facilitator for external and internal non conformities, ensuring identification of cause and implementation of permanent corrective actions (avoid re-peats).
- Establish working relationships with customers and provide accurate, appropriate solution to customer problems or requests.
