- **Position Overview**:_
This position will focus on Customer Relations with regard to any quality concerns.
With the assistance of NEF Canada Quality Assurance, oversee the quality processes of the GX Pro Opus warehouse, ensuring all requirements and processes are followed accurately and safely.
- **Main Responsibilities**:_
- Work with suppliers to ensure thorough root cause analysis and effective corrective action.
- Oversee sorting, kitting, and light assembly tasks to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage calibration of all measurement equipment.
- Coordinate containment and resolution of Non-Conforming Products and Quality Alerts.
- Ensure continuous production by supplying customers with quality-assured products, including NEF sorting, third-party sorting, and shipping proven inventory.
