Customer Quality Engineer

will represent the voice of the OEM customer within the organization, ensuring compliance with international standards and leading quality processes in metalworking programs. The mission is to guarantee customer satisfaction and the successful execution of projects in the automotive sector.

• Act as the primary liaison between OEM customers and the organization, ensuring requirements are met in metal-related projects.
• Lead and manage the APQP process across all program phases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to meet standards such as IATF 16949, AIAG , and customer-specific requirements.
• Develop and monitor project plans, design reviews, validations, and PPAP approvals.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, including FMEA, MSA, SPC, and VA/VE.
