Job Description

MISSION

To ensure customer satisfaction by supervising the end product’s quality according to client quality standards, following the control guidelines defined by the Quality Department.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Communicate client claims at plant quality meetings.
Pay heed to customer-related needs with the rest of Quality Department functions, in order to work in a coordinated way.
Establish a periodical and effective communication channel with the customer, such that he/she feels comfortable and to facilitate the solution for any problem, as well as to understand his/her needs and communicate them to the plant.
Coordinate the solution of problems detected by the customer with team group problem-solving methodologies and its specific format, depending on the customer (8Ds, 5 Whys, NMCAR…).
