Customer Quality Engineer

Your Job

As a Senior Customer Quality Engineer (CQE), you will coordinate all internal Molex quality activities and communications related to assigned customer products, initially and for additional strategic customers in the future. You will ensure consistent global quality performance by collaborating across Molex entities producing components and assemblies and maintain direct communication with customers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers. Your role includes managing quality notifications, facilitating quality improvements, and driving uniform actions across global plants to meet quality targets and customer expectations.

Our Team

You will be part of the Global Customer Quality team within the Global Quality Control department. The team works closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and warehouse teams, as well as external contacts including Customer SQE, R&D, MQE, TQC, subcontractors...
