As a customer quality leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, driving quality initiatives and resolving customer concerns.

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality issues, resolving quality concerns, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. All whilst ensuring compliance to industry standards and customer requirements
