Job Description

  • Serve as the quality liaison between the organization and clients to address and resolve quality issues
  • Monitor and manage customer key performance indicators (KPIs), including complaint rates and yield rates
  • Demonstrate expertise in quality methods and tools to improve processes
  • Process, track, and respond to quality anomalies and customer feedback efficiently
  • Track and monitor resolution progress, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers through effective communication and a proactive attitude

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer quality-focused role
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
