Customer Quotation Representative

About the Role

Due to growth, an opportunity has become available for an individual to join our Service Team in the role of Customer Quotation Specialist. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to provide detailed quotations to customers and Service Sale team members

Responsibilities & Duties

• Receive and reply to all technician service sales quotation messages.
• Action all service sales quotes within 24 - 48 hours from the taken date, in line with Company policies and procedures.
• Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions.
• Track, record and monitor progress of all service sales quotes (under $1500) that are sent directly to customers
• Service Sales reporting on current and forecasted sales.
