Must-Have Qualifications
● Proven Reference Management Experience: Experience in a dedicated Customer Reference or Advocacy role at a major technology or cloud company (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, AWS, Alibaba).
● Cloud Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Cloud ecosystem and market dynamics.
● Hybrid Background (Agency + In-House): Experience working within or closely with creative/media agencies (e.g., inEvidence) combined with corporate stakeholder management.
● Content Creation Skills: Demonstrated ability to write and edit. You must be comfortable reviewing video cuts and refining copy.
● Regional Expertise: Current residence in Singapore with the ability to speak Chinese or Bahasa to navigate the local market nuances.
