About the role

We are seeking Customer Relation Executive to join our dynamic team at MBf EV AUTO SDN BHD in our Kuala Lumpur City. Must have prior experience in after-sales service within the automotive division.

1. Handling inbound customer enquiries and requests through various channels (phone, email, chat) in a professional and efficient manner
2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers about our products and services
3. Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on unresolved cases
5. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
