Job Description

INQUIRY AND COMPLAINT HANDLING

  • Responds to customer inquiries
  • Receives customer concerns for endorsement to concerns PIC

CUSTOMER SCHEDULING

  • Conducts maintenance and repair call reminders to customers
  • Sets maintenance and repair appointments for customers
  • Conducts appointment confirmation to all appointment customers
  • Coordinates with related department regarding the appointments for next day

DATABASE MANAGEMENT

  • Collects updated information of the customers
  • Updates system database
  • Analyzes data related to MR / Repair call-outs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good customer-focused attitude and pleasing personality
  • College Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or any equivalent 4-year course
