Job Description
INQUIRY AND COMPLAINT HANDLING
- Responds to customer inquiries
- Receives customer concerns for endorsement to concerns PIC
CUSTOMER SCHEDULING
- Conducts maintenance and repair call reminders to customers
- Sets maintenance and repair appointments for customers
- Conducts appointment confirmation to all appointment customers
- Coordinates with related department regarding the appointments for next day
DATABASE MANAGEMENT
- Collects updated information of the customers
- Updates system database
- Analyzes data related to MR / Repair call-outs
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good customer-focused attitude and pleasing personality
- College Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or any equivalent 4-year course
