Role Description
This is a full-time, Customer Relations Agent role at Singapore Airlines located in Makati City, Philippines.
· Attends to walk-in passengers
· Creates New Booking/Ticket Issuances
· Rebooking, Cancellation and/or Revalidation
· Creates/Requests ancillary services
· Any other transaction for walk-in passenger within job scope
· Assists in forwarding emails to PH_Reservations or SQPH SalesOps
· Handles and Audits Daily Sales Report
· Handles PH Feedback functions
