Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Documentation

• Ensure buyers’ and sellers’ compliance with booking requirements
• Encode in the system and transmit submitted buyer documents
• Coordinate with Head Office for issuance and collection of contracts

Customer Care

• Receive and attend to buyers’ concerns/queries and coordinate with Branch Head or Head Office for proper endorsement and resolution.

Legal

• Submit tax payments to corresponding LGUs
• Coordinate with LGUs for processing and transfer of titles and tax declarations
• Assist with securing permits, licenses, etc.
