Customer Relations Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive pre-alert of incoming shipment information from customer and provide heads-up information to Warehouse Operations.
• Submit receiving report to customer
• Coordinate customer withdrawal advise with Warehouse Operations for stock preparation.
• Process orders based on the delivery information
• Send Withdrawal Report to Customer
• Performs load planning and booking of truck requirements with Transport Team
• Receive and Sort Delivery
• Check completeness of proof of delivery and transmit to customer
• Prepare and submit the billing computation.

Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably Business, Marketing or equivalent course
• With at least 2 year's related experience in Warehouse operations
